Day Four. Guest bathroom, Albion, MI. 6:45pm. I need to learn a lot about lighting: all the shots I took for this day's picture were either too dark, or awash in yellow. So I cheated and made it black and white. In general I hate having my picture taken; hiding behind the camera makes it just a little more tolerable.

Day Two. My wife Amy at work in her home studio in Albion, MI. 5:15pm.

Welcome to Flying Ice Squirrel's Photography Blog

My wife and I recently bought a Canon Rebel EOS xsi, mostly for her side business (she makes the most extraordinarily beautiful jewelry--check it out here: http://theb-line.blogspot.com/) but also because we're both interested in photography as a creative outlet and method of exploration. This blog has originally been created so that I can post my Project 365 photos--one photo a day for a year. Who knows what else might end up on here?
